Terms & Conditions

1, A £100 deposit is required per vehicle on confirmation of booking. Deposit will be lost on cancellation of booking thereafter. If your wedding date is changed we will endeavour to accommodate you as best we can. If we can't we will issue a refund or alternatively transport.

2, Full payment must be received at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.

3, Smoking is not permitted.

4, Damages incurred to the vehicles will be the hirer’s responsibility.

5, We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal property.

6, Due to the age of the vehicles seatbelts are not required, therefore you travel at your own risk and it’s your decision as to whether young children travel with you. 

7, We carry  full wedding hire insurance and public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

8, Whilst we maintain the serviceability of the vehicles making sure they are as reliable as possible due to their age, responsibility cannot be accepted for mechanical, electrical or mechanical breakdown whatsoever. In this unlikely event, every effort will be made for the immediate repair to the vehicle so that the journey can continue. In the event of breakdown or accident, no responsibility will be accepted for missed connections.

A refund may be given in exceptional circumstances.

‘Under the consumer Contracts (information cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013. If you are contracting with us as a consumer, online, by phone, at a wedding hire or any other venue other than our office you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you ordered our services. 9, The vehicles are maintained to a high service but due to their age they may drop a small amount of oil therefore we will only park on driveways if we are asked to by members of the party.
